Ginhouse - Ginhouse 1970 (Prog rock)

Un power Trio que solo grabaria un disco, por la etiqueta B & C, hay una redicion que fue producida por la etiqueta Green Tree/Repertoire en el año de 1993. Originarios de Newcastle, tenían una buena reputación ya que escribieron un poco de material fuerte en su álbum y sus canciones originales como la pista "The House"/"Sun In A Bottle", junto a una versión de los Beatles "And I Love Her". Geoff Sharkey había jugado anterior en Sammy

Ok, this is prog rock, but not exactly to have dynamic flow like Yes or ELP, or not to aggressively attack like Mahavhisnu Orchestra, and not dark-hard prog ala Van Der Graaf, and not even close to heavy prog rock ala Kansas. Actually, this album is a conceptual multi-rhythm in a song, like Grand FunkCs “I’m Your Captain/Closer to home” style in more psychedelic taste; multi-rhythm in a loose form with lack of guitar attack… I salute the drummer, for the busiest performance in this album… Best song is Beatles cover “And I Love Her” in an indifferent style.
